In order to login or create an account, your computer must be able to accept "cookies" so that our system can recognize you from other people while you are using this system.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

Click on Tools in the menu bar
Under Tools, select Internet Options
In Internet Options, click on the Security tab.
Select the Internet icon web content zone.
Click on Custom Level at the bottom of the dialogue box.
Scroll down to Cookies and make sure both the Allow cookies and the Allow per-session cookie buttons are set to Enable
Click OK

To enable cookies in Netscape:

Click on Edit in the menu bar
Under Edit, select Preferences
Click on the word Advanced (Not the "+" or "-").
In the Cookies section of the dialogue box, select Accept all cookies
Click OK
